To help get the process started there are some tips below on the sort of information we'll need to create a script for your approval.


Describe your business - in three words how would you best describe your business and service? E.g. efficient, modern, caring, innovative, traditional...


Age range - how old is your target market? What type of voices/music/ style and information do you think would appeal to this age range?


Company marketing - what makes your company stand out? Innovative products, specialist services, organised events, trips, emphasis on customer care and service?


Company history - how long have you been in the area? Do you have an established history? How long has the company been running?


Associated companies - do you have any associated companies you would like to mention?


New products - would you like to make your customers aware of new products


Special offers - do you have special offers that you would like customers to know about? I.e. two for one, free car cleaner pack with every winter check, save 20% in December, free haircut if you recommend a friend?


Website - do you have a web site? Can customers order, check delivery schedules, e-mail you on line and do they get special discounts for doing so? Id there information there that could answer there query as an alternative to holding?


Opening hours - do people often ask for your opening hours?


Awards - has your company won any awards or gained accreditation?
